We were running late trying to catch a train from Hayle and none of the other taxi companies in St Ives had anything available. JM Cars sent us a taxi quickly with short notice and our driver Ryan made sure we got to the right platform on time. Many thanks!

We had the best experience, top notch service, we were impressed to see how this small business was able to provide services as good as or even better than a multinational company like Uber, we booked a cab over the phone and within 2 mins we were sent a tracking link and timely pick up, we got some amazing food spot recommendations as well, it wasn't just the pick up and drop, it was the entire experience of feeling comfortable and welcomed to Cornwall.

JM cars have been absolutely fabulous over the past few days. I have been down in St Ives running the Coastal path and they were always on hand to pick us up and drop us off at our desired location pretty much immediately. Such nice guys too, if you ever need a taxi around the St Ives area definitely use JM Cars.

Outstanding service provided by JM cars after having a bad service with A2B cars. Wanted an executive service for a date night and he provided with a clean car and prompt service and didn't charge more for the executive Mercedes. Definitely recommend company and can see it go far in years to come.
