I am confined to a wheelchair and ATW had arranged my ongoing travel from Shrewsbury to Hereford due to rail replacement. When my mum and I arrived at Shrewsbury we were greeted by our driver John (black wheelchair accessible taxi) who made our day extra special.
He drove us to Hereford where we were set to be for hours not realising that once we had seen the attractions there was little else to do, so he suggested that to break the day up a bit he would take us to look around Leominster later in the day if we wished and to call him when we were ready to go. He went to the cinema to pass time while my mum and I looked around Hereford.
Later in the day I messaged him and true to his word, he went out of his way and took us to Leominster which we enjoyed. After an hour of so we returned to Shrewsbury to wait for our train back to Manchester.
