Due Date Payment in full of the amount shown on the invoice is due within agreed time after the invoice date.
If payment is not made by the due date Regal Cabs reserves the right to take legal action or to appoint debt collection agents to obtain payment.
In the event all additional costs incurred will be payable by the customer on an indemnity basis.
