I've found Western Cars to be very prompt and reliable. Their cars are spotless and the drivers are very pleasant. It's also very reassuring to have an app with which to track their progress. You also get a text message telling you what sort of vehicle to look out for. I highly recommend them, especially if you want a very dependible and prompt company to take you to the airport. Western Cars came to our rescue when another taxi company let us down badly for an early flight pick-up, and we've used them ever since.

They booked the wrong address. Text came through. I rang the night before gave them the correct after. Day of pick up they went to the wrong address.

Excellent service. I booked a taxi for my elderly mother, to ensure she reached a family wedding. When he reached the destination the taxi driver couldn’t see anybody around so he called me on my mobile and insisted on waiting with my mother until I was able to arrive and meet her. I was really impressed by the level of care the driver showed to my mother.

Really good customer service, kind and helpful. I had an appointment in East Grinstead that had already been cancelled once, when I found that the 84 bus service had been cancelled.
